What can I say about Jenny that isn't synonymous with fantastic? Absolutely nothing, that's what. I've known Jenny for about 6 years now and we've had a blast so far. Countless debates on who wore it better, fitness competitions and failed new year resolutions. We've been there, done that.

Recently I've decided to start a project. I haven't quite found a name for it yet, but I can tell you what it is.

I'm going to shadow Jenny for an entire year. (Gasp!)

(This is Jenny, btw.)

(This is Jenny, btw.)

That's right, a year. I'm not one for commitments, but I'm sticking to this because I need to involve myself with more personal work to stay creative. After all, I love what I do. I wake, think and eat photography.

It was actually pretty funny. I was talking to her about the idea and she was like "what's shadowing?" and I was like I have no idea, but I can promise you it'll be awesome! ;)

So it's turned into taking a couple days a month to photograph her in an organic fashion to capture who she is as a person and the events that happen to her during that year. I think it will be beneficial for both of us as we learn more about ourselves in that year.

Wynwood is a place for love...and great food...and art...and stuff.

Oh and by the way, Ruben was such a good sport. Us girls like taking pictures under the rain, so he decided to wait under shelter until we were done. Thank you!

I'll be updating this blog as the images start rolling in and putting some photographer tid-bits for those local professionals and amateurs that want more technical information on it all. If anyone wants video content, please comment below.
